You will be responsible for the day to day receipt, processing and recording of invoices (including organization of accounting documents and records), the timely and accurate processing and recording of all payments, accounting of all transactions rela- ted to the entities’ operations in collaboration with the relevant departments of the partner offices abroad, the daily book- keeping and updating of trial balances in accordance with local rules and IFRS. Your tasks include furthermore all accounting reconciliations (including bank accounts), the producing of udated actual month-end trial balances and the assisting with monthly budget preparation and bi-annual closing activities. You have at least 3 years prior experience in a similar accounting or book-keeping position and you are
You have Microsoft Office experience, in particular with Excel/Word. SAP R3 experience will be to your advantage. You are a team player with a proactive and flexible personality and well-organized and reliable way of working. You are ready to help our small office function on a daily basis. Being familiar with local and regional customs, culture and business procedures rounds off your profile.
