We are looking for a highly motivated personality for the position of:

 

Project Assistant Education Programs & Formats (80%)

 

Based in our office in Davos or in Zizers (in the region of Landquart), Switzerland, you will support the multi-cultural Education Portfolio Management Team in developing educational programs and educational event formats that are used in the continuing professional education of surgeons.

  • A commercial diploma or similar degree with at least one year of professional experience
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Fluent English written and spoken, German would be a plus
  • Basic project management skills
  • Good multi-cultural communication skills and good attentions to detail
  • The ability to solve problems and to manage time effectively
  • To be a proactive and structured team player with strong organizational skills and flexibility
