Job Description

  • In this role you will report directly to the CEO of the Zumtobel Group AG and you will take over the leadership of the global HR team.
  • You will shape and optimize the direction of the human resource strategy and processes.
  • Together with a team of approx. 100 employees, you will be responsible for the coordination of the holistic employee life cycle, ranging from recruiting to talent management until the offboarding.
  • You will act as the first point of contact concerning all HR projects and in consultation with the management you will define various personnel-specific subjects.
  • Challenging HR restructuring measures are a key to this position and the implementation of actions under the premise of excellence in order to improve the employer attractiveness will be a central aspect of your work.
  • Furthermore, you will represent the company in discussions with employee representatives and you will consult the board regarding organizational and personnel-related topics.

Your Profile

  • This role is suited to a passionate and proactive individual who has successfully completed a degree in human resources, organisational development or similar.
  • You can demonstrate a proven history of long-term leadership in the HR sector, preferably within an internationally operating industrial company
  • You have an extensive expertise in the field of global HR-processes, change management, labour law, employer branding or organisational development.
  • You have a strong personality, with the ability to influence with your high social competence. In unexpected and exceptional situations you act on an interpersonal level in a pioneering and advisory way.
  • You maintain a complete overview and you are able to prioritize where necessary. You approach key topics with a focused hands-on mentality and you drive improvement independently.
  • Finally, you will display a very good command of English and German.



 

The Austrian law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 86.486,54 EUR per year for a 38½ -hour working week. However,
because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will
be considerably more. How much more depends on how good you are.
