ZGS turns lighting into customized, scalable and ready-to-use solutions. Our Digital Services use the lighting infrastructure to unlock new values and therefore enable the smart building of the future.

  • Within our ZGS team you will further develop and manage existing key partnerships in line with the commercialization of Digital Services.
  • Furthermore, you will define activities to deepen existing partnerships as well as to deliver and grow our wider partnership portfolio, both from a solution and go-to-market perspective.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams within our company, as well as with partners and customers to execute projects.
  • You will ensure that strategic partnerships are embedded in our organization, processes and corporate culture.

Your Profile


A very good relationship builder and project manager with excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills and the ability to simplify complex projects.

  • You have at least 2 - 3 years' management experience, preferable within a matrix team structure and demanding projects.
  • You have a very good understanding of the building industry, experience in the lighting industry is a plus.
  • You are a driven and entrepreneurial individual with an international mindset who likes to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams and who is able to build up an effective network.
  • You have a strength in stakeholder management and are comfortable to discuss your recommendations with the senior management.
  • You are a passionate and proactive person who is able to engage the commitment of others and the drive to inspire others.
  • Finally, you display a very good command of English, preferably complemented by good German language skills.
 

The Austrian law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 44,397.22 EUR per year for a 38½ -hour working week. However, because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will be considerably more. How much more depends on how good you are.
