Continually seek to identify appropriate new sales opportunities for BC Service in the respective market areas in order to achieve the group’s growth targets and increase the BC market share in countries of responsibility Special attention will be required to develop business on other brand compressors Analyze developments in relevant areas in order to identify evolving markets with potential new opportunities for BC and/or threats potentially harmful to BC Communicate and implement the BC strategy in the respective market areas of Countries of responsibility. Coordinate business with the dedicated BC agents in Countries of responsibility. Build up customer relationships and key accounts Continuously promote Burckhardt Compression as an international organization and establish new business contacts Ensure project and/or contract negotiations are in line with BC commercial, technical and business requirements/regulations and/or standards Ensure projects received by BCAG, or assigned to BCAG are executed according to customer specification, applicable industry norms, BC standards, policies and procedures, including ISO9001 quality assurance standards are met and are completed in time and within budget Prepare and secure achievement of business plans, forecasts and budgets for Area and Countries of responsibility in accordance with BC strategy and targets. Responsible for the finance setup; including e.g. ensuring of correct and on time financial reporting Responsibility for continuous development of Service set ups following the market needs and approved business plans Prepare, seek approval and realization of target agreements and target achievement discussions, salary agreements, assessments and disciplinary notices as e.g. warnings, salary and bonus discussions Further develop Service center at BCAG for developing new or more complex repair procedures; execute complex revamp projects and well coordinate all development with WWSC concept and in line with the CEM of BCAG Ideally you have a mechanical engineering background and experience with companies in the field of Refineries, Gas transport and storage, Petrochemical and Chemical Industry, Industrial gas for new machine business and / or build up aftersales service business for Area. With your entrepreneurial mind and a strategic view you're able to organise your work accurately and independent. Your trustworthy and loyal personality enables you to easy build-up relationships with customers. This is also underlined by your negotiation skills, both on technical and commercial aspects with a clear future thinking.
