You're going to take a key role in these main areas: Planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the operational execution of marine dry dock interventions, marine single interventions and land-based Field Service overhauls Responsibility for deliverables in accordance with specifications Ensure alignment of all site-related deliverables as part availability, internal and external manpower, labour, tools, consumables, accommodation, work permits and safety standards Proactive identification of risks and implementation of corresponding countermeasures Conduction of correspondence with customers, subsidiaries and suppliers in technical and commercial matters during operational execution of site jobs in coordination with respective Fleet Manager Financial and technical status reporting of the contractual covered site activities to internal stakeholders Responsibility for quality, time and cost aspects of the allocated projects Consideration of latest safety standards and EOHS regulations System and interdepartmental based recording, controlling and filing of project data and project documentation Management of multiple project demands as tasks from other departments like parallel revamp or corrective actions and collaboration with the respective responsible Close collaboration with Fleet Management, Field Service Coordination and local responsible entities Your knowledge, experience and skills: Advanced federal diploma of higher education or bachelor's degree in either mechanical engineering or process engineering or equivalent At least 5 years’ experience in similar business PMP certification would be an advantage Knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related processes would be beneficial Knowledge in Maritim business and/or Field Service activities Business fluent, contractual level, in English orally and in writing Your personality: Good Communication and organization skills Highly customer-oriented, motivated and self-driven personality Entrepreneurial skills Team player- actively contributes to the positive spirit in a team Resilience – withstands pressure, maintains a positive attitude and acts proactively Travel Activity 10% We offer: Structured induction process Flexible and hybrid working conditions Working environment with professional development opportunities Appreciative cooperation with a family-like corporate culture Versatile and autonomous activities and tasks Above-average pension fund Dynamic, international environment with committed employees If you already have a Swiss work permit or are a citizen of the EU, we look forward to receiving your meaningful complete application.
