m/f/d 100% unlimited Your tasks The Wireless Connectivity Team develops technologies, processes, product concepts and products for wireless antenna applications in close cooperation with product management, market management and our customers. The test technician / test engineer supports the tasks and goals of the product management and product development organization, whereby the main tasks consists of work packages for various application and development projects as well as preliminary studies as follows: Preparation of design verification test plans for development projects Planning, preparation and implementation of tests for antenna components and systems, taking into account test standards and customer requirements in the area of: - Environmental testing (temperature, vibration, UV, etc.) - Mechanical stress tests - Dimensional measurements - Flammability tests Reporting of the test results in German and English Evaluation and implementation of new measurement methods, reliability models and lifetime calculations Planning and procurement of new test equipment Your profile We address people who have completed technical apprenticeship, ideally with a construction/design background. Training as a technician or mechanical engineer is also conceivable. In addition, you bring deepened know-how in the field of mechanics, dimensional measurements and mechanical testing. Knowledge of HF technology and signal transmission or knowledge of material science and precision engineering is an advantage. Good communication skills and a confident demeanor towards customers, employees and suppliers, teamwork skills, very good knowledge of English (level B2) and experience in the application of the IATF-16949 standards, e.g. APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC complete your profile.
