All payroll-related activities for 400+ employees across two legal entities in Switzerland. Working closely with the Head of Rewards and Performance Manage the related payroll processes for the medmix Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Regular correspondence with external stakeholders such as insurance companies, pension funds & authorities, to ensure correct handling of permits, family allowances, withholding taxes, accidents and illnesses, maternity & paternity leave Manage and update employee data in SAP Execution and support of year-end closing activities (wage statements, payroll declarations, etc.) and audits Close collaboration with central corporate functions in the annual compensation processes
