To strengthen our commercial organization, we are looking for an International Sales and ICO Manager who will play a central role in supporting international sales activities, managing selected markets, and coordinating intercompany opportunities within the Safran Group. This role sits at the interface between Sales, Backoffice and internal stakeholders across Safran companies, ensuring responsiveness to opportunities and smooth commercial coordination.   YOUR MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:   Sales Management Manage and develop sales activities in assigned entry level markets Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners in these territories Handle inquiries and opportunities in a reactive and efficient manner Prepare quotations and manage smaller commercial opportunities in cooperation with the Backoffice Maintain market awareness and support regional sales strategies in coordination with the sales directors Manage opportunities according to the requirements of the company (CRM) Business Partner Management Manage and maintain relationships with Business Partners and distributors in the assigned territories Ensure proper onboarding, approval, and lifecycle management of Business Partners in the territory Coordinate and support the trade compliance approval process for Business Partners in general Ensure alignment with Safran Group compliance and export control requirements Ultisense Commercial Support Support the Ultisense business line with rapid commercial actions Manage lead intake, qualification and follow-up Coordinate seeding activities with internal stakeholders Prepare standard quotations and proposals for smaller opportunities Ensure efficient handling of incoming requests ICO (Intercompany) Offer and Fulfillment Management Act as the focal point for ICO opportunities within the Safran Group Maintain close relationships with key internal Safran stakeholders Identify and track upcoming opportunities relevant for Safran Vectronix Coordinate the COOR (Commercial Offer & Order Review) process between the group companies and Safran Vectronix AG Ensure smooth execution of intercompany offers and orders Provide visibility to internal planning (S&OP and opportunities) through CRM

“Drive Growth in a Strategic Defense Market” The Middle East and Turkey are key territories investing heavily in modernizing its armed forces, strengthening regional security, and building long-term technology partnerships. Positioned at the crossroads of global trade and geopolitics, this territory offers exceptional opportunities for defense companies that bring innovation, reliability, and trusted collaboration This position will cover the industrial demand for technology bricks and modules mainly in KSA, UAE and Turkey. The introduction of SAFRAN products, the intensification of SAFRAN’s recognition and the anticipation of partnerships with domestic and international players in the region are supposed to bolster the growth prospects of SAFRAN. For this challenge, we are looking for a motivated and ambitioned sales manager based in Switzerland but ready to travel to the region frequently.   YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING KEY ACTIVITIES:   Develop the markets to create a substantial contribution to the Ultisense business Identify business, build trustful relationships with and secure orders from (large) industrial defense accounts Work together with business partners and the liaison organizations in the territories Understand current and develop future customer requirements Structure the go-to-market strategies and develop, implement and measure KPI’s of growth and success Create and implement marketing initiatives in close cooperation with the marketing the product management teams Participate in important exhibitions and conferences Support, evaluate, develop and improve industrial partnerships
