Job Description After an initial training period of approximately 2 months in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for the installation, start-up troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of our hot runners and controllers at our customers' facilities located in Switzerland and Gemany. You will have direct customer contact with our customers to support different service cases by phone, email and/or on the customer side. Regular reporting within our service documentation tool will be part of your daily work. You will operate remotely from Switzerland. This position is an entry position with opportunities to growth throughout the company. The position offers great challenges and has an impact on the final business result and growth. It is a unique opportunity to combine technology and inter-human contacts. Responsibilities: 80% travel mainly across Switzerland, Germany (80%) as well as other European countries (20%) Responsible for setting up, troubleshooting and repairing Hot Runners and Controllers; Develop and maintain good customer relations. Provide maintenance and product trainings at customers Provide regular and effective written reports to the service coordinator. Promote aftermarket paid activities: spare parts, refurbishment activities, training programs, etc.
