Sulzer’s Dental division offers specific solutions for two and one-component application in the dental market: for impression materials, temporary crown and bridge materials, cements, bleaching products and others. The Dental divisions' global presence, includes multiple manufacturing operations and sales offices worldwide, and headquarters in Haag, Switzerland. Join our Dental team within Applicator Systems division in Switzerland as Sales Manager Dental to help us take our Dental business to the next level. In this role you will be accountable for: * Ownership of Key customers: Large, complex and strategic accounts * Accountable for a full territory orders/sales, forecasting, reporting & strategy defining, coordinating and implementing action plan for Key Accounts globally * Identifying new opportunities for growth, close new businesses * Introduction of new products and services to the market * Providing consistent sales and forecast planning * Deliver input on market dynamics, trends, competitor intelligence and voice of customer * Managing sales activities as well as providing support to customers * Assessing customer requirements, preparing proposal and quotes to the customer * Negotiating necessary revisions or changes to promote customer acceptance and the closing of the sales To succeed in this role, you will need: * Bachelor degree in business administration or marketing * 5 year's minimum experience in Sales * 5 year's minimum experience in Dental * Analytical capability as required in reviewing, assessing and interpreting customer requirements * Communication and interpersonal skills, as required in working effectively with customer personnel to interpret their requirements, develop new business, and resolve problems and issues that arise * Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills * German and English on a business fluent level * Willing to travel up to 40% Your benefits: * 40 hours working week * Generous holiday regulation * Contribution to pension fund with very good savings plan options * Free company parking * Access to various benefits * Loyalty bonuses for longstanding employees Location: We are based in Haag.
