PC S&OP Process Ensure reliable planning of finished goods, based on the planning from La Prairie Group (LPG). Interface management between LPG, 3PMs, and other hubs for all planning and execution processes. Continuous improvement of internal planning and procurement processes to optimally supply the markets. Inventory management for all materials in production. Innovation Process Ensure planning, coordination, and implementation of product launches and re-launches in coordination with LPG, aiming for optimal service in terms of time, quality, and cost of finished goods. Ensure the phase-in/phase-out process for production. Organisation and Processes Ensure effective and efficient local business processes and structures within the department. Identify improvement potential and initiate appropriate measures.
