Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the business operations, profitability, and sustainable growth of the IBU.
• Lead and develop the management team while promoting ESCATEC’s vision, mission, and values.
• Coordinate activities across the IBU and ensure the effective implementation of approved business plans to achieve defined goals and objectives.
• Drive operational excellence and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of operations, processes, and organizational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ESCATEC’s Standard Operating Procedures (ESCASOP).
• Develop and grow business with existing customers while actively supporting business development activities for new accounts.
• Analyze costs, operational performance, activities, and forecast data to monitor progress against business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare the annual IBU budget and, once approved, take appropriate actions to achieve or exceed agreed financial targets.
• Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system to support sound business and financial management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance across the organization.
